Return Policy:
All Aquasana products are shipped the same day. All Aquasana water filters have a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return the filter with all original contents within 60-days (excluding the Aquasana Rhino EQ-300 which has 90 days). We will credit your full purchase price minus shipping charges. All returns must have a (RAC) Return Authorization Code, call 1-866-356-2192 and speak with customer service to get the RAC. Any returns that are received within the 60-day period without an RAC or missing original contents will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All return shipping fees are the customer.s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or manufactures defect.
